As a Digital Strategist, he played a central role in shaping one of our flagship offerings used to define application specifications for our insute tech and fintech cleints know as the TypeDEV UX-Journey. The UX Journey is a robust, repeatable framework used for discovery and definition process. His work ensured that our projects entered development with fully formed requirements — from requirements engineering all the way through user stories and detailed specifications. Thanks to Bruce’s thoroughness and systems thinking, our development teams were able to build software with almost no rework, avoiding the scope creep and unclear requirements that often plague complex digital projects. I had the privilege of learning from Bruce, who is not only a very nice and supportive professor but also extremely knowledgeable in coding and database technologies. His teaching style is practical and impactful, making complex concepts easy to understand. He introduced me to dashboard development, which was completely new for me at the beginning. Thanks to his techniques and clear explanations, I was able to grasp and apply skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and database management with confidence. During my internship period, he also taught me about developing web pages and gave me the opportunity to design pages using Flask files, which further strengthened my practical knowledge. One of my favorite things about him is his problem-solving mindset, how he is always looking for solutions and never turns down the chance to support a colleague, which—if you know you know—can be rare these days!

Sir Bruce is one of the teachers that pushes us to be our best. He has been my Lecturer for 2 years and i have learnt alot from him, from how to think outside the box to how to always learn from every situation, fall, rise and failure, success. As he has once told me "Mastering something you already mastered is not education" has been a qoute that has helped me see every opportunity as a learning process.
